How do I book a space?

You can enquire through our website or contact our support team for assistance.

What is the minimum stay duration?

The minimum stay is one month, with flexible lease options available.

Is there a security deposit required?

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. The amount may vary depending on the type of accommodation and duration of stay. It is returned after a successful inspection upon check-out.

What amenities are included?

All our properties come with high-speed Wi-Fi, housekeeping, 24/7 security, and fully furnished rooms, work spaces, lounge area, indoor games, gym.

Are utilities included in the rent?

Yes, rent includes utilities such as housekeeping, RO water, hot water, linen changes and internet. Any excess usage may be billed separately (electricity, food etc.)

Can I extend my stay after the initial lease period?

Absolutely! Extensions are subject to availability and can be arranged by notifying our operations team at least 10-15 days before your current lease ends.

Are meals provided?

We do provide daily meals on a subscription basis, also our properties have a community kitchen for self-cooking.

Are the spaces gender-specific?

We are a coliving space, offering rooms to both genders. We don’t include both genders in the same room, unless they are a couple booking the entire room.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking after check-in?

Cancellations after check-in will lead to forfeiture of your rent and the security deposit is refunded. In certain cases serving notice of a month stay is required. We recommend discussing your situation with our operations team for possible solutions.

Are visitors allowed?

Yes, residents can have visitors during designated hours. Overnight guests require prior approval and may incur additional charges.

What kind of coworking facilities are available?

Our properties include designated coworking zones with high-speed internet, ergonomic seating, meeting rooms, and quiet zones—ideal for remote work or creative collaboration.

Can I refer a friend and get a discount?

Yes! We offer a referral program where you can receive discounts or perks upon a successful booking. Details are available at our front desk, you may connect with them and refer your friend.

Are pets allowed?

Currently, pets are not permitted on our properties.

How is maintenance handled?

We have a dedicated maintenance team available to address any issues. You can raise a service request through our resident portal or by contacting our community manager.
