Yes, friends and family are welcome to visit you at LOCAL properties. However, please note that guests should not entertain visitors for overnight stays in their rooms without proper check-in and payment. Any violation of this policy may lead to termination and forfeiture of the deposit.
Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited in common areas, including basements, staircases, lifts, lobbies, and cafeterias.
Security is a top priority at LOCAL. We implement robust safety measures, including keyless entry, 24/7 surveillance, and secure access to our properties. Your safety and peace of mind are our utmost concerns.

While we encourage personalization, guests are not permitted to fix hooks or decorations on walls, doors, or furniture. Any damage or defacement will result in the recovery of repair costs.
Room rent and security deposits are collected in advance. Rent renewals should be paid on time to avoid late payment charges. Eviction may occur if payment is not made after the 15th of the month.
The security deposit refund is processed through NEFT within 30 working days after check-out, provided there are no outstanding dues or damages.
As part of the tariff, LOCAL covers the cost of electricity up to Rs. 500/- per resident per month. Any amount exceeding this will be calculated as per the bill received by Bescom and borne by residents.
